Pier-Loup is a graduate of the École supérieure de ballet du Québec. During his training, he was fortunate enough to do an intensive internship in Boston with two Boston Ballet dancers. In Toronto, he presents a step of two choreographed by James Gregg at the 2013 International Assembly gathering the most prestigious dance schools in the world. He is also lucky enough to be a soloist in an episode of Balanchine Episodes in Montreal. Then he performs at La Grande Premiere of the Futures Étoiles 2013 of the Place des Arts Foundation. In addition, he attends an internship in Germany where he works with renowned reporters and choreographers, including Kathryn Bennetts and David Dawson. Invited to the Banff Art Center in Alberta, he plays pieces by Christopher Wheeldon and Toer Van Schayk in the Dance Masters show. In 2013-2014, he joined Les Grands Ballets Canadiens for productions The Nutcracker and Rodin / Claudel. He continues this collaboration during the 2014-2015 season, which will allow him to dance Christian Spuck, Didy Veldman, Mats Ek and Stephan Thoss. Currently ballet dancer Jazz, he performs around the world works of Andonis Foniadakis, Barak Marshall and Rodrigo Pederneiras.
